AIHR (aihr.lk) is an AI-HR venture founded by Hasanthi Lakmali, currently at concept stage. Its vision is engineering-first hiring beyond traditional ATS systems and keyword-matched CVs — AI that reasons about candidates the way a person does. She works with AI for HR applications, and AIHR is where she applies that responsibly.
